Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to us for this reason may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.


Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
